Meet Cindy Levine, a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry. Cindy has owned and operated her own mortgage company, Mortgage Network, Inc., for over 20 years, and has also owned a company for new loan officer training called the Mortgage Training Institute.

Cindy’s background in the mortgage and real estate industry is diverse, including experience in retail lending serving the consumer, and the wholesale mortgage market serving mortgage brokers and lenders with some of the nation’s largest banks. She also owns and operates Levine Paralegal Services, a paralegal service that serves the consumer for legal needs pertaining to mortgages, real estate, corporations, foreclosures, mortgage mitigation, short sales, and more. She works with some of the most prominent attorneys in the state of Florida.

Cindy’s specialties include banking, investors, real estate, financing, mortgages, marketing, training, and more. She holds an NMLS #1012229 and is a Realtor, Community Association Manager (CAM), trainer, title closer, and underwriter.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Cindy is also a dedicated advocate for special needs children and adults, and an advocate against bullying in schools. She is the founder of “Stand Up Stand Out Anti-Bullying Task Force”, an organization that educates on anti-bullying in schools and the public. She’s a past board member for CHADD & Habitat for Humanity, Coral Springs Fire Dept. CERT team. Currently, Cindy is an advocate lobbying for school safety and gun control in response to the Parkland shootings at Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High School, at which her son Joshua graduated in the class of 2018. Cindy speaks Spanish.
